At the invitation of Zwick/Roell Group, a special report on “Failure Analysis” for the car manufactures has been given in “the Training Class of Fastener Fatigue and Test Method " by Dr. Wang Hui, the director of Scientific Research Department of National Standard Parts Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center on July 12th.
The participants are mainly
from FAW Volkswagen, Changan Ford, BMW Brilliance manufactures and other famous
related fastener suppliers. Through the explanation and discussion on the
common failure cases, the fastener application terminal (OEM) and manufactures at the conference have formed consensus on the fastener
product quality evaluation that the quality reliability of fasteners as vehicle
parts for security can not be ignored. The OEMs have said that they should try to pay great attention to
fasteners’ quality testing and security evaluation, and strengthen the
cooperation with the third party institution.
